The Qualicum Beach Film Festival is hosted by high school student Saffron Bisiker for her Capstone project. We will be selecting ten films from Vancouver that exemplify the diversity and talent of the film industry. The Qualicum Beach Film Festival is committed to presenting a diverse and inclusive program that is appropriate for all audiences.
