Practice the Presence: Meditation (in-person)

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Sunday, repeating until December 18
Each Sunday morning we do an hour of mindful practice, starting with guided meditation and followed by a unique form of non-linear, yogic “dialogue” sharing. (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. EVERYONE WELCOME). It’s a time for reflection and a peaceful place to clarify your thoughts.
LOCATION CHANGES WEEKLY – We meet outside as often as weather permits, even in the Winter. Check the website or Facebook each Friday for information about where that weekend’s location will be (after we have checked the most recent weather forecast).
Dress for the climate and space and bring a mat or chair, and blanket… whatever you think will make you the most comfortable for the hour.
No fee, but we gratefully welcome Pay-What-You-Can donations (in person, via e-transfer to email@example.com, or via PayPal, through our website – please note what the donation is for) The Centre is a registered Canadian charity.
