MUSEMENT – Creative Movement + Play for Adults

​​Musement, short for music and movement (and a play on the word “amusement”), is a conscious dance practice that takes itself lightly and places silliness, play and creativity at its core.

Musement is a great movement practice for folks of all ages and abilities. And can be done in a chair, against the wall, or on a mat. You could even lie down the entire time and wiggle your toes and that would be just as fantastic.

Instructor: Katie Brennan is a trained Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Outreach Facilitator, a certified Lifecycle Celebrant® + an ordained Metaphysical Minister, as well as a Visual Artist. And has been dancing 5 Rhythms since 2013 + producing 5 Rhythms workshops since 2015.
