Discover the peace within. The simple and effective meditation techniques of Sahaja Yoga will allow you to master stress, improve your immune system, and achieve balance in every aspect of life. Ancient knowledge and practices have been adapted by Shri Mataji to modern day needs for people of all walks of life. Our experienced instructors have been meditating for 40 years and teaching for 30. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is always taught free.
We invite you to a series of three sessions (Tuesdays February 15, 22 and March 1) where we will meditate together and discover new knowledge each time. Sessions are via zoom, and registration is by email only.
