The focus of this class will be to bring your basics to the next level and have fun as you challenge yourself with new dances and learn new patterns. This class will be for those who:
• Are comfortable with basic patterns & terminology such as jazz box, lock step, chasse, rocking chair, shuffle, pivots, Grape vine, side touches, weave etc.
• Are interested in learning line dances that are at a more advanced level than what the Beginner class will be doing in a fun, social environment.
Leather or suede soled shoes are preferable as rubber sole shoes tend to stick on the flooring causing stress on knees.
If you are more comfortable with rubber soled shoes we would suggest purchasing dance sox to put on your shoes (this is not mandatory).
All dancers will be required to fill out and submit a waiver to instructors prior to dancing with us. To save time the waiver can be sent to you in advance and you can submit it when you attend your first class.
