Hermann’s Jazz Club presents The Island Big Band: Big Band Jazz

Welcome back The Island Big Band for the first time since the pandemic. This performance honours Jerry Bryant, a world-class pianist, Blues player, and Esquimalt High music teacher.
The Island Big Band consists of five trumpets, five saxes, four trombones, vocalist, piano, drums, bass, and guitar. This 30-year old Victoria-based non-profit aggregation focuses on music styles from the 1930s to present day.
