Come have a drink and a dance and mark the end of the era of Parksville “Flying Phil” St.Luke.
All funds raised go into a trust account to pay for a permanent memorial to recognize his “two thumbs-up” spirit. Entrance is by donation. Auction items and Phil memorabilia will also be on offer. Music by Star69
