Eat Well, Be Well workshops with Lesia Kohut
April 10 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm$20.00
Have you ever asked yourself, “If I’m so smart, why do I eat like this?”
Our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings impact our choices and habits around food, movement, and breath. Until we are aware of what we think, believe, and feel, it can feel almost impossible to make healthier food choices, engage in consistent physical activity, and stop from spiraling into worry, anxiety, and fear while being exposed to bad news, death tolls, and the latest Covid stats.
Please join Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, and Soul Excavator Lesia Kohut for an engaging, interactive session that will help us understand and begin to reframe how our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings affect our health.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
1. Learn how thoughts, beliefs, and feelings impact our choices and habits around food, movement, and breath.
2. Receive simple tips, tools, and techniques to manage stress, decrease inflammation and bloating, and stop cravings for sweet, salty, and fatty foods.
3. Learn what a Foundational Life Belief is, and begin to explore what their Foundational Life Belief is and whether it’s helping them to eat well and be well, or is keeping them feeling overweight, inflamed, and reaching for sweet, salty, and fatty foods for comfort.
Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about the upcoming 4-week “Eat Well, Be Well” Group Challenge starting the 3rd week of April.
Please bring a notebook and pen. $20 Love Offering suggested. All welcome.
