CRX’s Christmas Spectacular, A Claus for Celebration

It’s time to get excited!! For the first time in 11 years, we are kicking off the holiday season with all of Campbell River for a full night of Christmas fun! Opening night of our Christmas Spectacular follows the annual Big Truck Parade and Starlight shopping downtown, so you better get ready to keep the Christmas Spirit going all night long! We can hardly contain ourselves with how excited we are to be a part of the first night of Christmas Celebrations for Campbell River. You better believe Christmas Spirit is at an all-time high for our dancers this year.

Our Christmas Spectacular will feature both our recreational programs and our award-winning competitive programs. Enjoy our students dancing in a variety of styles to seasonal Christmas music – both traditional and modern. But most importantly, get ready to feel Christmas cheer!

There are 3 performances of our Christmas-filled dance show:

Friday, December 1st at 7:30 pm
Saturday, December 2nd at 2:00 pm
Saturday, December 2nd at 6:30 pm.

All of our talented, young dancers are excited to perform and entertain you and your entire family. Come and kick off the holiday season with CRX! You won’t want to miss out!

Tickets can be purchased through the Tidemark either online through the Tidemark Theatre website (https://tickets.tidemarktheatre.com/TheatreManager/1/login?event=1133), over the phone (250-287-7465) or by visiting the Tidemark Theatre box office during business hours (Tuesday through Fridays, 12:00-4:00 pm).

Food Bank Donations

This Christmas season, CR DanceXtreme will gather food donations for our local Food Bank and hope you join us. The Campbell River and District Food Bank Society was started in 1985 for those needing help to feed their families and themselves. The Food Bank is a Charitable Society and is dependent on food and cash donations and the time of their volunteers. Approximately 2,000 people receive nutritional help per month with the need continuing to grow.

We will have bins set up in the Tidemark Theatre lobby and are happy to accept your generous donations for the Campbell River and District Food Bank Society.
