Comox Valley Newcomers’ Club – Guest Speaker and Social Event

The Comox Valley Newcomers’ Club invites women who are new to our community to join our meeting on Tuesday, October 11 at the Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay. Our social group’s monthly meetings, as well as our daily activities, bring women together to develop friendships, discover shared interests, and explore the Comox Valley.
Evelyn Keith from ElderCollege will be our guest speaker this month. ElderCollege brings people 55+ years together to enhance their lives with exciting learning experiences at minimal costs. While run as part of the North Island College system, it is totally independent and run by volunteers.
We hope you will join us to also learn more about our social club’s activities and start making new friends. Doors open at 6:30pm and our meeting starts at 6:45pm (lower parking lot entrance). For more information, visit cvnewcomers.ca.
