Comox Valley Newcomers’ Club – Guest Speaker and Social Event

The Comox Valley Newcomers’ Club invites women who are new to our community to join our meeting on Tuesday, April 11 at the Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay. Our social group’s monthly meetings, as well as our daily activities, bring women together to develop friendships, discover shared interests, and explore the Comox Valley.
Our guest speaker will be Caila Holbrook, Manager of Education and Outreach with Project Watershed. Caila has assisted with environmental projects all over the world and is currently involved in all aspects of running Project Watershed, including project coordination, grant writing, and public education.
We hope you will join us to also learn more about our social club’s activities and start making new friends. Doors open at 6:30pm and our event starts at 6:45pm (lower parking lot entrance). For more information, visit cvnewcomers.ca.
