A Night Out Downtown Feat. JOZY

Join us for A Night Out Downtown on Nov. 9! We will be hosting pop-rap artist Jozy.
The event, hosted by the City of Campbell River and the Downtown BIA features multiple venues along a 500-metre stretch of downtown. Each venue will host entertainment and special deals from 5 to 9 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to pick up a passport at their first stop and collect stamps at each location they visit to be entered into a draw to win prizes from local merchants. Enjoy complimentary entertainment, including music, art, laughs, theatre and more, at each venue.
About the Artist
Music by Jozy is a 25 year old performing artist living on the traditional territories of the musqueam, squamish, and tsleil-waututh nations, who grew up on the traditional territories of the k’omoks first nation on Vancouver Island.
Their music is a pop-rap dedication to their stories and perspective, it circles themes of relationships, love, gender, social justice, and personal conflict. Their music is powerful, sassy, and thoughtful, they are non-binary, bisexual, and polyamorous and these aspects of their identity play heavily into their music.

ACCESSIBILTY INFORMATION
The Campbell River Art Gallery is wheelchair accessible and is accessed by a two main doors to the Centennial Building, with an accessible parking space at the rear of the building. There are two gender inclusive and accessible washrooms located inside for workshop/ event participants.
