Comox Valley Art Gallery

CVAG is a public art gallery featuring contemporary, experimental and applied art by regional and international artists.
CVAG re-opens it doors this Saturday,
July 11, from 10 to 4pm

The Comox Valley Art Gallery’s public gallery provides an environment for the exhibition of Canadian and international conceptually and aesthetically engaging art and related cultural practices. CVAG’s primary concern is to support the professional development of emerging artists through critical activities that include exhibitions, lectures, publications, events and special projects. 

New gallery hours:

Wednesdays – 12pm to 7pm,
Fridays – 1pm to 6pm
Saturdays – 10am to 4pm.

Potters Place Gallery

Pottery Gallery and Shop

The alchemy of earth, fire, water and air brings to you the magic of ceramic art.

The Potters Place Gallery is a beautiful ceramics gallery run as a non profit society by a collective of local island potters and has been operating for 25 years. The Potters Place shows the largest selection of clay works on Vancouver Island and one of the largest ceramic galleries in B.C. and Canada.

Each month they highlight one of our wonderful Potters. Their Front Window Gallery is where the monthly “Featured Artist” will have their work on display. Be sure to come by the shop to see what and who is new!

Pearl Ellis Gallery

The Pearl Ellis Gallery is a non-profit society dedicated to the arts in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.

From the beginning, the object of the organization has been to establish and maintain an arts centre to promote interest in and study of the arts and to provide a location that affords a showcase for local talent.

The Gallery is planned to reopen July 13th

Art Alchemy Studio

Art Alchemy is a working studio and gallery where artists share the space and experience of art making. They welcome visitors to witness the process of art making, be inspired by a wide diversity of artistic expressions and to buy local, high quality art work made by the talented and hard working artists of art alchemy.

Open Saturdays 11-4 by appointment or whenever the door is open, come on up and be inspired.

Art Alchemy Studio offers Art Workshops as well including:

Fun Art Classes and Workshops for all levels (Perfect for a girls night out, date night, birthday parties or team building groups)

PRIVATE ART SESSIONS AVAILABLE for a group of friends, social club, birthday party, family or work team building event.
